The galley is U shaped with a large peninsula suitable for food preparation and buffet serving. A large convection oven, a large microwave oven and a breadmaker are all installed. At anchor the owners were giving away fresh made buns because they made more than they needed and the buns were so easy to make that they didn't want to eat day-old buns. The unique Aero Rig features a single large boom stretching fore and aft from the unstayed rotating carbon fiber mast. Trim the sails and then, as the apparent wind shifts you merely adjust the attitude of the boom to trim the sails to the new point of sail. The headsail is self tacking. It's a lazy cruiser's dream to have perfect sail trim with so little effort. Unstayed carbon fiber mast - no standing rigging to inspect, repair and replace!
